Hayal Ayca Simsek

Hayal Ayca Simsek graduated from Public Finance Department of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences in Dokuz Eylul University in 1995 and she started working as a research assistant in Public Finance Department in 1996. Starting her master education in 1995, she completed this process in 1997 by presenting her master thesis namely ‘Alternative Fiscal Policies in Determining the Limits of Government’. Hayal Ayca Simsek started doctorate process in 1998 and completed this process in 2003 by presenting her doctoral thesis namely ‘Constitutional Economics As An Alternative for Achieving Economic Stability: The Case of Turkey’. She became an assistant professor in 2005, associate professor in 2011 and professor in 2017.

Danagul Yembergenova

Danagul Yembergenova is a young specialist in the sphere of higher education governance and management. She was born in Kazakhstan and graduated from Kazakh National University in the Faculty of Oriental Studies. Danagul did her Master’s degree in Cardiff Metropolitan University in the Cardiff School of Education. She has been a recipient of several grants and scholarships, including Kazakh State Scholarship, Erasmus Mundus Arcade scholarship, ICCR scholarship of Indian Government. Danagul worked at Nazarbayev University during 2013-2015 and now she is a PhD researcher of Educational sciences at the University of Geneva, Switzerland.
