On April 15, 2019, at a conference organized jointly by the Eurasian Research Institute and the Institute of History and Ethnology named after Shokan Valikhanov, Dr. Huseyin Bagci, Professor of International Relations at the Middle East Technical University, made a presentation entitled “Seeking Balance in Eurasian Geopolitics: China and India from the Perspective of Turkey”.
