As Belarusian voters cast their ballots in elections for the country's rubber-stamp parliament, strongman leader President Alyaksandr Lukashenka has confirmed that he will seek another term in the country's 2020 presidential election.

Several protesters have been arrested while trying to run from a Hong Kong university campus surrounded by police.

Officers of Ukraine's Security Service (SBU) have arrested the chairman of the state-owned Ukreximbank, Oleksandr Hrytsenko, on suspicion of creating an organized crime group, embezzlement, and money laundering.
