On December 26, 2017, Member of Parliament, Mr. Metin Gundogdu and Consul General of the Republic of Turkey in Almaty Rıza Kağan Yılmaz visited our Institute. During their visit, a meeting with the staff of our Institute was held.
On December 26, 2017, Member of Parliament, Mr. Metin Gundogdu and Consul General of the Republic of Turkey in Almaty Rıza Kağan Yılmaz visited our Institute. During their visit, a meeting with the staff of our Institute was held. The meeting was opened by the Director of the Eurasian Research Institute, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Vakur Sumer. He informed about the Institute's activity, noting that the Institute conducted scientific researches in accordance with the mission and vision of the Khoja Akhmet Yassawi International Kazakh-Turkish University.
During the meeting, Member of Parliament, Mr. Metin Gundogdu talked about the current state of relations between Turkey and Kazakhstan and shared his thoughts on the future of relations between the two countries. Consul General of the Republic of Turkey in Almaty Rıza Kağan Yılmaz also expressed his confidence in further development of relations between the two countries in various fields. He concluded by emphasizing the importance of the Eurasian Research Institute’s activity in strengthening relations between Turkey and Kazakhstan in the field of science, and wished success to our Institute.
