“Corruption” is a socio-economic problem prevalent in today’s societies. It is accepted that corruption occurs with the state. Over-coming corruption requires a careful and systematic approach, since it is an important problem that threatens the democratic, moral and ethical structures of societies. Corruption, which is seen in all societies, is considered one of the global problems in terms of its social reflections today.
