With the withdrawal of the US and NATO troops from Afghanistan, the Taliban, who progressed step by step, took the capital Kabul with an unexpected speed on August 15th 2021, without a war, once again shocked the whole world. There is a serious chaos in Afghanistan with the fall of the Afghan government and the Taliban’s control almost over the country. Having regained power in Afghanistan after 20 years, the Taliban brings many questions.
