Germany is known as a country where the rule of law and democracy work with all its institutions [WJP, 2022; EIU, 2023], and it is one of the countries where far-right and racist tendencies in Europe have increased significantly in recent years. Far-right and racist movements that carried out many violent and terrorist attacks, ranging from Eberswalde (December 1990) to Hanau (February 2020), from various protests to the coup plan (December 2022), are becoming one of the biggest threats to human rights and democracy in Germany.
