On October 9-11, 2019, an international scientific and practical conference “Ulus Juchi and Saraishyk – at the Origins of Kazakh Statehood” was held in Atyrau. The conference was dedicated to the 750th anniversary of Ulus Juchi (Golden Horde) and was organized by the Eurasian Research Institute of Khoja Akhmet Yassawi International Kazakh-Turkish University together with the Akimat of Atyrau Region, the State Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve “Saraishyk” of the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Rukhani Zhangyru Project Office of the Atyrau Region.
