Prof. Sonmez KUTLU from Faculty of Theology in Ankara University gave a seminar namely ‘Imam Maturidi and Freedom of Religion’ in Eurasian Research Institute meeting room on 27 November 2014.
III. Eurasian Forum on Social Sciences organised by Khoca Akhmet Yassawi International Turkish-Kazakh University, Hacettepe University, Kyrgyzstan-Turkey Manas University and Azerbaijan State University of Economics was held by Eurasian Research Institute between 15-16 November 2014 in Almaty Kazakhstan.
With increasing demand for natural gas, pipeline infrastructure started playing even more important role in the Eurasian gas supply system. High degree of interdependence that pipelines entail may lead either to beneficial cooperation or generate conflict.
In his seminar, Rasul Arin introduced the dialogue “Central Asia plus Japan” topic, by providing general information alongside with his analysis regarding the 10th anniversary of this initiation. He touches upon number of significant initiatives and cooperation which had been developed over the years between Japan and Central Asia.
The meeting started with the presentation of the Director of the Eurasian Research Institute Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nevzat Simsek, who provided information about the activities of the ERI.
Development and Economic Relations Institute Director and Co-Founder of Young Entrepreneurs Club Koktyshev in his “Entrepreneurial Ecosystem in Kazakhstan and Central Asia” seminar briefly mentioned the difficulties entrepreneurs are facing and ways to find solutions to these problems.
