III. Eurasian Forum on Social Sciences organised by Khoca Akhmet Yassawi International Turkish-Kazakh University, Hacettepe University, Kyrgyzstan-Turkey Manas University and Azerbaijan State University of Economics was held by Eurasian Research Institute between 15-16 November 2014 in Almaty Kazakhstan.
With increasing demand for natural gas, pipeline infrastructure started playing even more important role in the Eurasian gas supply system. High degree of interdependence that pipelines entail may lead either to beneficial cooperation or generate conflict.
In his seminar, Rasul Arin introduced the dialogue “Central Asia plus Japan” topic, by providing general information alongside with his analysis regarding the 10th anniversary of this initiation.
